Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package over to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
